St. Peter's plays an important part in serving, empowering and reaching out to the older folk in the community. Helping them to know what the joy of faith in Jesus in later life can offer them.
Coffee Break
‘Coffee Break’ brings together many older people from the wider community for friendship, care, spiritual nourishment – and cake!
Meeting every Friday morning at 10am – whether retired or not it’s a great place to meet friends, old and new. No church connection required, everybody is always welcome – you’ll find this friendly bunch in the Church Hall, just behind the main church building.
Hymns and Hope and Welcome Lunch
All are welcome to join us for Hymns and Hope, our new reflective service with hymns, monthly at 11.45 am after Coffee Break.
This will then be followed by Welcome Lunch, our monthly home-cooked lunch.
