We plan to run fortnightly sessions on Saturday mornings starting 18th April from 10.30am-12 noon to give the local community the opportunity to see what ringing is about and have an introductory try-out.
We will have experienced ringers on hand to work offer a safe try-out experience and give demonstrations of ringing.
We also welcome learners from other local towers who would like to try Chertsey’s bells.
So, put the date in your diaries and calendar apps!
We need to train new ringers as we are already short of ringers and we also want to pass this rewarding skill on to younger generations.
