Associate Minister
Christine is a PTO (permission to officiate) and is very active, mainly servicing the 09:00am and 10:30am Sunday services and funerals at St Peter’s, she also has a strong pastoral ministry.

Ordained Local Minister
Sue was ordained in July 2023 and is in the final year of her curacy and will remain at St Peter’s as an OLM. She covers both 9:00 am and 10:30am Sunday services at St Peter’s and helps very occasionally across the benefice as required. She conducts baptisms, weddings and funerals and has a strong pastoral ministry.

Christine carries out all church admin, manages the hall hire and is the face of the church throughout the week as she works in the office at the hall.

Church Warden
Dave and Jan have both been church wardens for several years, supporting the incumbent with all aspects of church business and pastoral issues. Ensuring the buildings and property are maintained and secure.

Lay Minister
George has been a LLM at St Peter’s for 53 years which has involved mainly preaching at Sunday services. He also leads a small Home Group. George’s home is open for day retreats for churches.

Children's Church Leader
Clare leads young church during the 10:30 Sunday Family service creatively engaging the children in a range of crafts and activities to share the good news of Jesus. Each week the children hear a bible story, watch a video clip and sing songs on a chosen theme so that they learn more about God.

Lay Minister
Carolyn was Licenced in the summer 2024 and preaches at the 09:00am and 10:30am Sunday services at St Peter’s. Carolyn also regularly sings with the worship group at 10:30am family service.
Annie
Burnham
Families Worker
Annie is responsible for the midweek family’s ministry. She sees this very much as God’s work in action, loving our neighbour and being kind to the people she works with. Her work includes Open The Book in 4 primary schools in Chertsey and Lyne, with whom we have good relationships, often being asked to support vulnerable and bereaved families in their setting.
The two midweek groups offer a safe place for pre school children and their carers to play and socialise together, whilst providing support for those in need and also additional needs families.

Safeguarding Officer
As our safeguarding officer Ron ensures all DBS checks are carried out for all church staff and volunteers who deal with children and vulnerable adults and that all safeguarding training has been carried out and is up to date. Ron liaises with the diocese safeguarding team and supports the incumbent in safeguarding issues.

Maher
Church Treasurer Operations Manager
Dom is our Treasurer and manages all church finance, producing and presenting the financial accounts to the PCC meetings. Dom is also the operations manager working closely with the incumbent, church wardens and leadership team to provide ‘invisible’ support to the key ministries of the church.
